Hey - so this temple.

[Doku has the camera aimed away from himself and it's a bit lopsided, but the place looks abandoned. It's not a very large temple, besides. He's at least learned that taking video means he doesn't have to text, so there's that.]

Any gods live here? Askin' 'cuz there's Soulless shinki around here and that seems like it. Just them.

[Apparently this is where Soulless shinki reside until they're assigned to a God.]

There's about a dozen by the looks of it. They're as uninterested in talking to me as Meji normally is - that's the Soulkess shinki I got assigned. Maybe they have one and don't want to talk to me because I'm not who they're assigned to?

Maybe. They tend to answer more effectively if you use their names to address them.

The temple does look abandoned.

Do Soulless shinki have names before their god names them though? I can't go around naming all of them... can I?

If they have a god, they'll have a name. If not, I couldn't say.

Can you see names on any of them?

And a couple of them aren't wearing much - like a pair of shorts and that's it on one. No name that I could see.

I didn't recognize any of them in the first picture, but I don't know many of them.

If they have no god, they might have formerly lived with a god who's gone now. Has anyone recognized any of them?

Aside from the one I was looking for that led me here in the first place, no. No one's mentioned recognizing anyone.

That's right. I didn't get her name before, but she was assigned to Shun. He mentioned dismissing her, so I wondered what happened to her. Found this place.

No it wasn't like that. I think it made his... other shinki uncomfortable when that one was assigned to Shun too.

As much as I understand the discomfort, I'm surprised he could justify getting rid of the other so easily.

You did find her there, then?

I admit I didn't really press for why. I was thinking more about her by that point.

But thankfully I did. She's back at my temple now. I haven't named her yet, but I'm planning to.

That's why I made sure to take some video of it. Didn't seem like anyone had been here in awhile.
