Say you hated a specific god. Maybe you only distrust them instead of hate them.

Then they die, and a reincarnation takes the god's place. Maybe it even looks like the same, but the old memories are gone.

Could you give that reincarnation a second chance in spite of your old feelings?

Old habits die hard, as they say.
And after you've earned a bit of a reputation, lies become easier to believe coming out of my mouth than truth.
It's happened several times this week already.

I'd think it'd be worse to not remember stuff you did and be blamed for it then to remember and try to make up for it, dontcha think?

We'll see. I can try a little bit longer. After that I don't see much point if people have dug their opinions in that deeply.

I thought that was what some shinki went through already? Either way there's no convincing anyone you're different, it seems. It's too risky to trust someone who's hurt you once before. I get it, honestly.
