that whoel scary ghosts spirits thing can be anything
could be the dead wanting a party too

If the spirits wanted a way to vent, they shouldn't defile their fellow dead. Besides, couldn't you hear them?

Nothing about how it happened, unfortunately.

But considering that it's not yet clear who may be setting themselves against us, only that there is an enemy of Amaterasu with access to the Heavens, it's quite possible that that person, or their ally, has access to this bulletin board as well.

Didn't seem like there was a point to it, though. Could have been someone with a bad hobby.

Being careful of this "enemy" is nice and all, but have they succeeded at anything?

Well, if you think about it, they appear to have succeeded in removing quite a few existing gods and replacing them with hapless mortal souls!

Mostly mortal, at least.

Is that the enemy we're talking about? How do you know it's the same one?

I don't. It could be a different group taking advantage of the chaos we're causing by our appearance. From what I've heard, though, it seems that unusual and violent occurrences are often coordinated with new gods and shinki appearing.

It seems more likely that they're connected, or the same, than not.

For what it's worth, it didn't look like they accomplished anything, it might have been a testing ground. But who knows

Ah, so you don't have the skills to analyze what you saw either. I get it.

Here's some observations of mine:
- It was a coordinated effort and those zombies weren't organizing types
- The call from the Heavens to get help from the Gods and Shinki didn't go out until after the undead showed themselves, so either the Heavens' spies were on vacation or weren't paying attention, or maybe someone in the Heavens knew what was going to happen in the first place and intercepted that information
- Someone on the undead's side had done their fair share of research on every single one of us, enough to know the images of people from our past or, again, someone in Heaven let all that information slip

No point in analyzing it when I don't know where to start.

What makes you say it was a coordinated effort?

[The spies part she ignores because obviously. That "images from the past thing," though, is the...annoying part. And it's somewhat comforting to be presented with the idea that it was merely research... The Quarks could use psychometry. It isn't impossible.]

And what makes you think that Heaven has that information on us?

Coordinated because those things were in the parade long before they activated, or started the attack, whatever. They didn't just come crashing out of a holding pen all at once, they waited - or someone waited to turn them on or revive them - until a specific moment during the parade.

I think Heaven has that information because they already assign shinki and gods together in pairs. What do they use to make those assignments? It can't be random.

You could have told me the name you wanted to go by and I'd use it. But if you wanted to know... you *could* help. So you don't want to, is that the problem?

I wouldn't know any more even I did want to help. And what I want to be called doesn't really matter. It's not like I'm writing it all down or anything.
