[ The video turns on showing Zero in a dark room inside his temple. A quiet look falls across his eyes as he faces the camera. He's not one to speak to people let alone about himself but after his encounter with Sheryl, he has no choice. He knows what happened even if he can't remember it. He lost control. ]

My name is Zero Kiryuu and I was here before as a shinki.

[ A pause as he squares his shoulders to face his crimes. ]

I need to know if I killed someone.

They took my memories when I was brought back as a god but that doesn't erase my crimes. I need to know what happened. What I did.

I won't let this go.

[ OOC: He doesn't know he died, he simply assumes his loss of memories is due to the whole turning a shinki into a god deal. Some kind soul, please spring that up on him. Also, for any future in-action meet ups Zero will mysteriously have some pomegranate fruit/seeds on him at all times. If you eat them you'll be sentenced (only if you want!) to stay one night at his temple before the seeds effects let them escape! ]

It doesn't matter that they return. Death is still death. Don't take it lightly.

[ And memories. He presses a hand against his temple where his own locked memories sent a warning of pain through his skull as he tried to remember what had been stolen from him. The shinki here had it worse, they didn't know anything past what their name. He at least still remembered his family, the Hunters. His world but it was a mess. He didn't understand why he'd made half of the choices he had. It was as if something was missing. A puzzle piece he couldn't remember and the more he tried the greater the pain until he had to let go of the thread of thought leaving those memories locked in their box. ]

Death is always death. Taking it lightly just means you're more prepared for it. And trying to give yourself guilt for what you've forgotten won't make the pain of your victims any less.

What would you know about guilt?

If I had my memories I could give you an actual answer. Lucky you that you've kept some.

[ Okay... now he feels like a piece of shit. ]

[ That has him staring down at the device. ]

Has your god told you of the consequences of something like that? Remembering your past?

Only that it's bad to remember. Causes a chain reaction with others and creates nothing good. Why?

[ Good. So, he knew. ]

Not all shinki here know the consequences of trying to force a memory.

Then their so called gods and friends don't seem to care much about them.

But yours does.

[ Watch out Eric, you might just end up realizing that you're loved. ]

He's a bit of a caring idiot. Doesn't know to quit with that kind of attitude.
