Nothing I tried was working so I asked here

I don't think it's all that hard, but you probably won't get it on your first try. It takes a bit of practice.

Yah, keeping your emotions in check can be pretty hard. Don't be afraid to have it out with your god - it's probably better to air your concerns openly in the long run, for both of you.
