[He attracts the barkeep's attention, easily ordering something for the two of them.]

[ There's a well-meaning smile back as he rests his arms on the bartop. ]

I mean... if you're looking to look around bars, you probably know better than I do.

Sometimes it's fun going in blind, too. It'll certainly be a new world of adventure that way.

[He chuckles, grinning.]

What can I say? I take an interest in bars. It's always enjoyable to see what they have to offer and what's so different about each one of them.

[Don't let him start rambling. It'd be terrible.]

I guess so. I just don't want to get in too deep over my head. Like... maybe if I end up ordering something I can't tolerate and do something dumb.

[ There's a small sheepish smile back and a faint flush on his cheeks, like he's just confessed to something embarrassing. ]

[But the sheepish smile and faint flush has Izumo looking curious.

Ahh, I guess you can say that. Not exactly sociable, but I do like talking to people well enough.

I... don't think so. At least I'm not sure. Haven't really done any serious drinking to find out since I got here.

[ He can't help but chuckle when he hears that bit, relaxing somewhat. ]

That's the kind of trait that can earn you a lot of fans if you pull it off right.

Maybe we should change that, just to see what'll happen.

[Not that he'll try and get drunk himself, of course.

He tilts his head a bit, the words being somewhat familiar as it's being said.

Not... to my knowledge. I'm really not the type who gets fans.

[ And yet there he is, femininely tucking his hair behind one ear before it flops out again. ]

Really? You seem the type that would get fans unintentionally.

[ Nope, he never does. ]

I... it's not that I want to get fans. I don't even think they're called fans in the first place...

[A twitch of the lips as he leans towards Enomoto a bit.]

[ Because clearly when the rest of Scepter 4 isn't around, he's a very easy target. ]

Ah... no. Definitely no admirers.

[ Clearing his throat. Gods does he need some booze. ]

Really now? That's a shame.

[Speak of the devil, and here comes the booze.]

[ Sweet sweet inebriation. But he's not going to drink like a desperate man. He's going to nod back at Izumo in thanks, taking a sip from his drink. ]

I... I don't really know why I get the attention to begin with. It... just happens!

[ ...well someone's a lightweight. ]

[Eno, you just took a sip. A sip]

Have you ever considered the fact that you're attractive?

[ It can't be as bad as mister one-cup-tolerance. ]

[ Quiet staring as he takes half a mouthful. There's a slight brace at the bitterness. ]

No.. I... always kind of thought I never stood out.

The bitterness surprises Izumo a bit and he takes a sip of his own drink. Not as strong as he'd usually like, but it helps a bit.

His priority now is to get Enomoto to raise his self-esteem.]

Really? I've always thought you were attractive, even if I'm not exactly attracted to you in that way.

[ Never take Bandou out for a drink.

There's a confused look there, with the smallest flush as he takes more of his beer. ]

You... really think so? I mean, I'm not even as attractive as half the guys here--

[ A beat. ]

[Doubt he'd even offer Bandou a drink.

Izumo smiles, a bit bordering on teasing and flirtatious (though the latter might be part of the imagination).]

Half the guys here has a different appeal than you do, so it makes you stand out. [He chuckles a bit, drinking a bit more.]

So yes, I really do think that you're attractive.

[ His ears are still kind of red. Huh. Fancy that. Could he actually be a little more than plain...? ]
