I guess this is the best way to ask -- has anyone else noticed some of the shinki act a lot more reserved than others? Not like a quiet person. That's not a bad thing. Like it's hard to talk to them about themselves and they don't remember a name other than the one their god gave them?

Ah, if it matters, I'm a god. I'm just trying to figure out how I can best help my shinki. He's my responsibility after all.

I didn't know that originally.

You might be looking for information, but you said you were trying to help your shinki. That's a good thing.

Good thing or not, it just feels a little weird for another shinki to thank me like this.
Unless your name is even longer than Kshitigarbha, I guess.

No, I can't say it is! Kurosaki isn't long at all, nor is Masaki.

I guess it is strange but it's not likely that they'll thank you. Or maybe they will, and I'm the one in the wrong.

I just guessed that it wasn't a god's name on your display there, that's all.
It's just strange for me because I do what I'm told, so I don't need thanked for that.
Now I don't have orders anymore.

So you're not used to being the one in charge? Did you...I don't know, work with another god? Someone you trusted? They could give you orders, maybe.

It's a nice thought to imagine what you're suggesting, but I don't see it happening.
