Has anyone ever woken up and found something completely random in their temple?

[ The camera pans to a cat, who's purring up a hell of a storm. ]

I didn't ask for him or anything. He just showed up this morning, from my home, I'm guessing.

[ Did animals come to the far shore when they died too? Who knows, maybe animals had their own versions of gods and shinki. ]

Hey, if he is her cat somehow, that's all the more reason to take care of him, right? She'd probably be really happy to know he's doing okay.

... Yeah, you're right. I'm just not good with animals.

I don't think cats take too much effort. They're pretty self sufficient. Just some food and water and a place to sleep, really

Oh! And play with him, that's super important too!

Usually I just let him hunt and do his thing. String should work as a toy, right?

That or a laser pointer.

It'd be easier to buy stuff if I knew more about the money here.

Yeah, I'm still a little lost on how to make it too. Something about answering prayers, I think.

Then again, no one on the near shore can see us, right? You could probably just go and borrow one for a little while.

I'm not gonna go "borrow" something without the owner knowing about it. [ ... ] I'll find a way to get one. Thanks for the suggestion.
