Has anyone else has a creature from their world deposited here in their temple? Dangerous or otherwise?

[Someone woke up to a certain friend in her temple.]

My world has creatures called chocobo. We use them as mounts and travel companions.

Yes. They're on of the fastest creatures in the Wildlands.

Both here and back home, yeah.

How fast can they go?

One thing I know about cats is that they hate lemons and vinegar. Keep those handy.

At least three times faster than a running human at full speed.

I know how to deal with cats. I just have to give him the entrails of whatever it is I've hunted and he'll be good.

Cats need a lot more than just entrails.

If you're talking fastest animal in my world, you're looking at ones that can't exactly be ridden on, or are so huge that one step covers almost half a mile. Otherwise I know there's machines and magic that can instantly teleport you.

Yeah, I know that, but it was kind of the only thing I had at the time back home.

I don't know about magic, but there are trains back in my world that are really fast. What kind of crazy animals do you have, anyway?

Have fun looking at cat food brands while you're here then. He might be less irritable if he's eating well.

Way too many to count. There was a Fal'Cie named Atomos who moved faster than any vehicle back home.

What's a Fal'Cie?

Grocery stores or a pet store. I saw a few of those around when I went to the Near Shore.

Something along the line of a god in my world. They don't exist anymore.

Well, yeah, I figured I'd need to go to a store, but there are different kinds of food, right? I don't know what to start with.

Why not take someone who knows what to look for?

They've got nothing on the gods here anyways.

Better yet, take someone who knows a good store, knows what to shop for, and won't get you lost. We can only teleport to shrines there.
