Yeah. It's been easier than walking. [He's been too tired to walk everywhere these past few days.

Roxas follows Sora's lead and waves as well as he walks out.]

You can hang on to me if you need to.

[Well if Roxas is gonna insist. He takes Roxas' arm hooks his with him. And a little itty bitty part of him hopes the girls see him walking out with Roxas like that... but he lets the thought go pretty quickly.]

I'm gonna have to pay you back for all this, you know.

[He feels kinda bad leaving all his stuff at the temple.]

[Sora, that is both confusing but kinda cute. Roxas is just gonna let it go. Mostly because no one would really be paying attention to them in the first place. He wonders how much more clingy Sora would be with whoever he was dating. He doesn't seem the type to ever want to let go of his partner.

He shakes his head.]

You don't have to. I don't mind doing something for you since you keep doing things for me.

[Like being such a big source of support.]

[Roxas would indeed be right about that. He's naturally affectionate, it would be important to him with someone he's dating. He'd probably have a lot of trouble with someone who couldn't accept that part of him.

He's already thinking if he should get a gift for Roxas for all this treating he's doing. Especially for dealing with Sora when he threw his fit earlier. He smiles.]

Well that's going both ways! I don't know how I'd be able to handle everything without you around.

[Honestly he wishes he could do more for Roxas.]

[Roxas would call anyone who couldn't accept that part an idiot. He firmly believes that you should love the person for who they are, even the flaws.

And that was a tiny fit. He has thrown much, much worse. Destruction of property worse.]

You would have figured it out. [He would say the same. Sora recognizing him right away had been a huge relief.] You always do.

[Would he have figured it all out? Maybe...

But Roxas has been an unchanging constant to Sora since they all arrived here. He's so grateful for that. The one person that he can talk to that understands everything and makes things make sense. If it weren't for Roxas, he's not sure who else he could have talked to that would understand him on the right level.]

I'm glad you're still here, Roxas. I'd miss you a lot if you disappeared too. [He says, giving him a smile and squeezing his arm.]

[Having been thrown into a world where he knew no one prepared Roxas for not having someone to rely on. It was a luxury that this place had plenty of people he knew. He's happy to have even had a little while with most of them.]

I'm not leaving for a long time. [He hopes... With a smile, he pokes Sora's forehead gently.] Besides, I think I'd get mad if you got clingy with a new Roxas.

[Which isn't a lie. Please take it as a joke, Sora.]

[Sora pretends to go cross eyed when Roxas pokes his forehead.] I already told you, I don't want another Roxas so there's nothing to worry about! [He grins and laughs warmly.

They should be arriving pretty quick to the shrines. Excuse Sora while he tries to tug Roxas just a little bit faster so they can get to the aquarium. He wants to see those sharks!]

[Roxas shakes his head, smiling at that answer. If either of them leaves, it better be together.]

H-Hey! The aquariums not going anywhere. [He'll walk faster just to keep his arm from being tugged again.

When they do finally get there, he turns to Sora.]

Don't let go, okay? I haven't tried this with two people.

[He stops when Roxas does. He grins.] I'm just really excited, can you blame me? It's gonna be amazing!

[He'll keep his arm looped with Roxas' and moves a bit closer instinctively. He nods when he's ready.]

Teleport away!

[Sighing with a soft smile, Roxas teleports them to the nearest shrine. It's with a soft grumble he pinches the bridge of his nose.]

It's a lot more tiring with two people.

[It's better than walking.]

[Definitely better than walking. Most times anyway. The teleport is instant as usual but it still makes Sora feel a little bit dizzy. At least his ears aren't ringing!

He shakes his head a bit to get rid of the dizziness and glances at Roxas.]

You okay? I'll take care of it when we go home later. I'm feeling a lot better than this morning.

I'll be fine. I can still take us later.

[I.e. he's not going to let you do any work. Roxas is the one leading their adventures, so it's up to him to take them home.]

It's not that far from here, but there's a lot of stairs down to the street. You gonna be okay?

[All of Roxas' attention is really making Sora stupidly happy. He keeps trying to keep his heart from not running away with itself but Roxas is making it really hard.

He looks up at the sky for a second (in a be still my heart moment) and grins, nodding.] I'll be fine, promise. I can handle it.

[Also sorry, he's gonna start tugging again. At least it's gently this time.] Let's go so we can see as much as we can!

Fine. You can take us home. [Roxas is still a little skeptical, so he'll play it by ear. One complaint of being tired will make him shut you down, Sora.

He can't help but feel like Sora is like an excited kid.]

We'll get there when we get there. [He's in no real hurry today. Just enjoying freedom from responsibility is enough to make him feel more relaxed.]

[He grins, determined to take charge of that. He's sure he can manage one more teleport today.]

As long as we get there before it closes. [He jokes, nudging Roxas playfully. He really is like an excited kid, he loves exploring new places and seeing places like aquariums always remind him a little of home too. He's looking forward to it.]

I wonder if they let you feed the dolphins? And if they have a seal show?

You're just trying to get me to walk faster.

[Set the pace, Sora. Roxas is only walking as fast as he thinks you can.

He tries to think of what was advertised. Was there something about dolphins? He was too busy being fascinated by ocean nightlights.]

I dunno. We'll have to wait and see!

Maybe just a little!

[He teases. He'll take them at a decently fast pace at first. His legs are still aching but they're not nearly as bad as they'd been since waking up. But he'll slow when they get about half way.]

Even if they don't let us feed them, I hope they have a ton of dolphins.

[Yep, they're his favorite.]

[He's just trying to make sure you don't wear yourself out. It's not a small aquarium. There's benches in there if Sora does need to rest. Sitting in front of one of the tanks, watching the fish swim by... that actually sounds like a good idea. Hopefully Roxas an convince Sora to take a break when they get there.

... That's actually kind of cute. Aren't girls supposed to like dolphins and boys like sharks?]

I wanna see if they have sea turtles.

[He'll appreciate that later, just no amount of injury is going to slow his energy down when a day out at the aquarium is on the line.

That might be true but there's a big reason why Sora's Atlantica form is a dolphin tail. If he were a fish, he'd be a dolphin. Boundless energy and always playful.

When they get there he's beaming with excitement.]

Are sea turtles your favorite?

[... Now Roxas has the memories of those songs Sora sang with Ariel and the others. He tries not to shudder. He does not think he could have gotten himself to do something like that...

He frowns softly, shaking his head.]

No... I don't think so.

[There is one thing that might become a favorite! Thinking about them makes him smile again.]

I like jellyfish. They look like floating nightlights!

[One day someone will break it to him that the tanks lighting makes them glow...]

[WOW his musical numbers with Ariel were awesome and amazing???

Roxas' interest in jellyfish is super cute. He'd never guess that Roxas would like jellyfish out of all the other creatures to pick from.]

I like how they look like you could just reach out and bop them on the top like bongos.

[Not that you can actually do that though... But he laughs, and heads for the entrance of the aquarium.]

[They're embarrassing. Who sings with a bunch of fish about love and stuff?

Sora. No.]

Only if you wanna get stung. I don't know what they're supposed to do, but they're pretty.

[He likes other things like sharks and all the colorful fish. There was way too many to name!]

I'll go get the tickets, okay? Just wait right here.

[Sora and Ariel do, that's who. And he loves it like the giant dork he is. ~~Please be an Atlantica level in KH3.~~]

They just float around and look pretty and sting stuff, that's about it!

[He nods at Roxas and glances about. It's actually not very busy at the aquarium. Not that many people would notice them though. He was expecting it to be packed full of people and really loud.]

[Roxas still likes them.

It's a weekday and there's no vacation for anyone. Of course it would be quieter. It doesn't take long for him to come back, handing a ticket to Sora.]

Here. [He motions for Sora to follow him.] I got a brochure. They've got a dolphin show this afternoon if you wanna stick around for that.
