Look I'm writing on the thing! Oh hey it's fixing the words so they look right.

Okay so I was watching videos (they're called videos) on the thing

oh Nagisa says the thing is called a phone

So I was watching videos on the phone and there was this guy eating peppers on a bet and I could do that!

How many ghost peppers do you think I can eat? I'm already dead so it can't kill me, so how many? Leave bets here.

Does that work?

Anyway bet money and the closest guess wins it all! If I eat more than the highest guess and I don't die again, I win it all!

Leave money at Azeban's temple. This will work, right? I'm still working on it.

Yeah, money is useful and people don't drop huge offerings unless they're either rich or desperate...

Okay pepper guy, how much do you like spicy food, outta curiosity?

Well enough! I mean, it's not like I'm like "yeah, I'm gonna eat that all the time!" but I'll eat it.

Good, it'd be sad if a pepper killed you.

I wonder why super spicy peppers exist, since you can't really use them in normal cooking? Other than in contests.

I guess they just grow and someone decided to pick one and try to eat it.

I hope they're happy with their discovery of doom peppers.

I kind of want to try one now, actually. A small one!

Put it on the phone! We can compete!

Huh? I guess we can do that. Competitions are more interesting, right?

Can I win some money if I beat you?

That might make things even more complicated and we're gonna need the money to pay for all the peppers...

Fine, I'll just volunteer out of morbid curiosity and the goodness of my heart. That's how it goes, I think.

Hey, hey, don't be like that! We could work something out that's not the pepper thing! The really expensive pepper thing!

Wait, ghost peppers are expensive? That's certainly a gamble.

Tell you what, if I help you out, buy me a lunch or make me a bento sometime.

If you want! I'm not a picky eater, or at least, I don't remember what I don't like, exactly. Shinki problems.

Do you know what kind of food you like?

I don't remember what I liked before but now I like the kind that comes in paper wrappers and little boxes! The really greasy, cheap stuff!

Oh, like the food from the places that sell them to take home in the Near Shore? Take-out, I think. Or fast food.

Can that be made at home?

I don't know but I bet I could try. It can't be really hard when they sell all the parts at the stores with all the food, right?

Worth a shot! If it isn't good, we can just buy some later.
