This is easier for me.

[Talking to people in person might be more comforting. But it will make him less likely to respond, to speak, to allow himself to feel.

Sora can't see him. And this way, Nageki can talk about humans as if he wasn't engaged in conversation with one.]

the good thing is, all that is over now. so do you know why you were a bird and you're not now?
