Um.. hey!

[ Although Minako smiles, there's something a bit muted about her. If not just for the fact that the volume of her voice currently isn't rupturing your eardrums right away with the greeting. ]

I thought I should let everyone know, since a lot of people know her.. But it's probably going to be difficult to reach Zelda for a while. Because she's asleep! And, you know, not just "doesn't want to get up in the morning" asleep. More like.. "sudden spring hibernation" sleep? Which is something that.. sometimes happens, I guess!

[ It's fine. This is fine. It's fine! See, she's smiling. Totally cool. ]

I guess.. until she wakes up, I'm going to try and take care of Metis temple affairs. [ Sure, Natsuru is there too, but Minako is the Exemplar! Not to mention Minako does have a natural leader sense - despite her lack of memories - and a huge sense of responsibility. It comes natural to try and take the whole world on her shoulders if needed. ] So if you need anything.. just let me know instead!

I know - it's like that with some things, huh?

[ He's glad that she's not... that upset. (So far as he can tell.) He's biased because he really doesn't want women to be sad. ]

Just gotta be patient. You have anyone else who can be patient with you?

[ To be fair, there's quite a bit of upset - or more like over the top worrying - that she's burying down deep inside. She can't show people when she freaks out, especially in a situation where she has to be the responsible one like this one. ]

Hmm, I do. I'm not the only shinki at my temple, so it's fine. [ Even though she also would've said "it's fine" even if she really was all alone, so that's not much of an indication. ] I just hope Natsuru isn't worrying about this a whole lot.

[ Being strangers, he can't tell the difference all that much. ]

That's good to hear. I know for most people it's easier to not be alone for stuff like this.

There's probably no one truly alone in this place when this sort of thing happens.

[ Which is something she genuinely believes in, yes, but it's also an easy answer that completely avoids whether Minako would need someone to pull her through it or not. ]

Most people are so nice. I doubt there's a lot of people without friends.

Oh I wouldn't be so sure about that part. [ Doku chuckles ruefully. ]

There's definitely some who keep to themselves on purpose - especially if they're the sort like that already, and they don't have so bright and enthusiastic a shinki as yourself to draw them out from time to time.

Bright and enthusiastic, huh.. [ She sure doesn't feel like either of those things right now, although she does suppose it's a good way to describe her when she's in one of her more usual moods. You know, running around and loudly arranging blind dates for everyone and all that. ]

I guess Zelda is a little like that too. [ Moreso than Minako herself, anyway. ] But she's probably more reserved because she's a princess. She probably didn't get to go out and have a whole lot of fun back home. But even so.. I think even she makes friends quickly now, since she's so sweet and kind. It's impossible to not like her.

[ Did she mention yet that she will praise her goddess into the heavens at any given opportunity. Because she sure will. ]

It speaks pretty well on her to have someone like you so happy to have her for a goddess.

[ He chuckles, because it's very endearing to him - that level of loyalty is one he knows very well. ]

I don't think I've met her in person, but I'll take your word for it.

You should meet her sometime when she's awake again.

[ "When", she makes sure to say. Because the thought of using an "if" instead makes everything inside her feel like shrivelling up and dying. ]

You seem nice enough.. [ And slightly more on the calm side, which.. Zelda could probably honestly use more of in her life. ] If that's not too weird to say after only talking like this for a little bit.

You could say I have a lot to make up for and a lot to live up to. I'd be happy to meet her, though.
