Um.. hey!

[ Although Minako smiles, there's something a bit muted about her. If not just for the fact that the volume of her voice currently isn't rupturing your eardrums right away with the greeting. ]

I thought I should let everyone know, since a lot of people know her.. But it's probably going to be difficult to reach Zelda for a while. Because she's asleep! And, you know, not just "doesn't want to get up in the morning" asleep. More like.. "sudden spring hibernation" sleep? Which is something that.. sometimes happens, I guess!

[ It's fine. This is fine. It's fine! See, she's smiling. Totally cool. ]

I guess.. until she wakes up, I'm going to try and take care of Metis temple affairs. [ Sure, Natsuru is there too, but Minako is the Exemplar! Not to mention Minako does have a natural leader sense - despite her lack of memories - and a huge sense of responsibility. It comes natural to try and take the whole world on her shoulders if needed. ] So if you need anything.. just let me know instead!

[ Oh no, it's a small child. A small child Minako at least recognizes and knows is not a little devil in small child guise like some children tend to be, but still. ]

Ah.. You're right. [ She tries to smile. Minako does not feel as optimistic as Nanako sounds at all, but dang it, she's going to try and seem that way the best she can! ] I wonder what kind of dreams she's having!

[ Nanako knows all too well how hard it is to smile when you're really worried about someone important to you. ]

Are you gonna be okay while she's napping? I can come help you make food and stuff, if you wanted?

No, it's alright. [ Minako Aino? Accepting help in the most dire of circumstances? Never. She'd die before admitting she'd ever need help.

Especially when the offer is coming from Nanako. It just feels too weird to accept help from someone younger than her, even if Minako was the type to more readily accept these kinds of things. ]

I'm pretty sure we can figure it out. Natsuru is here too, and, um.. I'm sure she can help me whip something together.

[ (Probably not. They're not cooking wonders.) ]

I don't mind! [ Nanako looks a little concerned. And maybe a little disappointed? ] I'm really good at cooking, I promise! I can help too?

[ What are you doing, Minako!! Can't you even shake off a small child?!

A small child who wants to help.. and is being nice.. and alright, she can't just full on reject Nanako. She already feels bad enough without the guilt of that idea being heaped on top of it. ]

I mean.. If you insist, then I guess it wouldn't hurt to have some help with cooking for one day.. [ Since other people offered to help with it too. ]

[ Nanako brightens like Minako just made the sun come out. ]

Okay! What do you like to eat, Minako? Do you have a favorite food?

[ Can't say 'anything is fine, I'm not picky' as an evasive sort of answer when it feels like the actual sun is radiating at her right now in the shape of Nanako. So there you go, an actual answer! ]

I've made that before! My big brother showed me how! But I might need some help cutting the vegetables and things... I'm not very good at that part.

Don't worry, I can help. I'm sure Natsuru wouldn't mind helping either.

[ Except the last time Minako cut vegetables back home she mistook a piece of sliced carrot for her fingertip and caused a huge scene.. But shh, neither of them have to know. Minako doesn't even remember. ]

I'd feel kind of bad making you do everything anyway. [ Especially since Nanako is just a Small Child. Even Minako would feel kind of bad being exploitative in that case. ]

[ Minako, please don't lose any body parts in this cooking adventure. Nanako's not sure if she can heal that. ]

We can do it together and that makes it way more fun! [ She completely sounds as if she's talking from experience here. ] Getting to cook with friends is way more fun than doing it alone.

Ah, really? [ Nanako may be talking from experience, but despite being an extremely social creature - except for maybe this very instance - Minako has never actually cooked together with someone else before. Mostly since she's a disaster cook. ]

I'll take your word for it then. I'm not sure how much fun I'll be right now though, so please don't expect too much.

[ The last thing Minako wants to have on her guilty conscience right now as well is a disappointed cute kid. ]
