[There's a muffled sound of Oscar trying to get something to do a thing, only his hands visible for a moment before he sighs and adjusts the phone so it's recording properly. He's standing in front of a large span of land, sheep and some horses visible behind him.

He sort of. Awkwardly waves at the camera before rubbing at his neck.]

Uh. Hi. Ignore the name on the top of this, it's Oscar, not Lugh, I just can't figure out how to change it...anyway! I, um, got here last month and my...temple? Is basically a small farm. There's chickens and a stock pond and horses and you can see the sheep back there...

[He gestures behind him.]

...and there's space for me to start growing things next month. I can handle it for now, but come spring and summer I...may need some help? If anyone wants to help? I don't have any shinki yet, so it's really just me here for now.

[And that's incredibly lonely. Not that he's saying anything.]

There's not a newspaper to put a help wanted ad in or anything, so...I figured this would work? I can't exactly pray for help when I'm a god, y'know?

[He chuckles, it peters out because oh god this is awkward, and then he just shrugs.]

Yeah. Anyway. I can pay people in food or wool or whatever? So. Yeah.

Varian. I'm a shinki for one of the other Gods but I can make time for this. Some might consider it physical enough to be training.

Yeah. Lugh's just the god I'm filling in for.

I see. The way this place let's us communicate is always going to be strange. Some seem used to it, though.

It all seems very instant but then I don't know what the alternative would be. Is the farm to do with Lugh or Oscar?

And no clue. I mean, I grew up on a farm, but Caster said Lugh's a sun god and a king of gods and crafts and a lot of other stuff. Maybe he's a harvest god too?

So you have the experience then, it makes sense considering you have some idea of what you need in your first post.

A harvest wouldn't happen without the sun, I would consider that to be part of it.

Oh, good point. Hopefully if there's another Irish harvest god they won't get mad at me for this temple...

I see no reason why they would be mad; twice the harvest would be better than none. Unless you expect them to feel threatened somehow?

I suppose thinking on it, someone would feel as if another would muscle in on their territory. You'll just have to be sure to explain to them it isn't the case should the opportunity arise.

Otherwise you'll be best off defeating them in battle.

Yeah lets hope it's not that second one.

There is nothing wrong with a battle to test the other's strength. Just be sure to set the rules before the match and you will fare well.
