[Edge puts himself on full view in the video for the sake of people who don't know him, emphasizing things such as the mask, the cloak, the weapons at his side. Though it isn't a black stealth outfit concealing his form entirely, what else could anyone call him but a ninja?]

Hello, everyone! My name is Edge, and as you've no doubt deduced, I am a ninja. More to the point, I'm a ninja willing to teach those who want to learn the techniques I have to offer. Stealth, disguise, throwing weapons, combat techniques both armed and unarmed that focus on quick and aggressive takedowns -- I'll even teach what ninjutsu I can, if I find students with the knack for it. All of these are techniques we can use in our efforts to fufill prayers, fight ayakashi, or investigate trouble in the Far Shore or the Near. Of course, you don't need to learn all of them, if you're only interested in stealth, or physical combat, or whatever suits you!

[Edge glances to the side, slightly.] This was... originally intended to be a joint effort with Ayumu. I think she would want me to continue it, though I'm not going to be able to teach everything she could have, so sorry about that.

In any case. [Putting that somber thought behind.] If you're interested, do let me know. Classes will be held at my god Saber's temple, flexible times for people who might be busy. We'll work it out once I know who's in. Hope to see you there!

Maybe I should try the ninja thing! I feel like I'm kinda losing my edge lately, you know? Not getting to fight very much and all.

You can count me in! I'm a swordsman, so I'm not exactly bad at fighting, but I would like to learn anything that can help me become better.

I'd be happy to help your techniques any way I can. Not just fighting, but certainly fighting is an important part of the ninja's arts!

I can't say stealth and disguise are my style but the rest sounds quite promising. Your techniques are not unlike a friend of mine from home so I am a bit familiar. I am certain I could pick them up quickly.

Hey, I was thinking of you for this! I thought from the beginning you'd have what it takes to succeed at the arts of the ninja. Even stealth and disguise -- after all, I know you can fight! I'll take a chance to hone up some of your weaker skills too.

Learning's all about picking up new things, right? Even if it's just throwing weapons, you'll benefit, but you ought to give the other things a shot too.

Do you think it would work to throw short swords?

Or hanafuda cards? Those could do some damage if you threw them really hard, I guess.

That's actually a fairly complicated answer. One I'd be happy to give you, but I can't give a simple yes or no, just as a warning!

It's just that I kinda have an image to maintain or something like that.

Like, it just wouldn't seem right if I was using regular ninja stuff.

If you want effect and style both, why not sharpened squares done up to look like cards? The main virtues of a shuriken are being properly throwable and having multiple points, after all!

I've tried my hand with many weapons in the past mostly out of curiosity but I can't say I've used throwing knives. [Or whatever it was he had used before.]

Do you use other types of weaponry?

You should be! [No sounding sarcastic! Edge has a high opinion of Alisaie, after their spar.]

I'd focus first on teaching throwing stars and knives for range, while melee combat relies on martial arts, knives, and swords. Single-bladed slashing weapons, like you saw from me, for -- well, if I get into the philosophy too much I'm just giving you a lesson here and now, right?

Depends on the response! If I get a good turnout, as soon as possible to keep things moving. Otherwise I'll give it a moment so everyone can get prepared and ready and focused.

The Near Shore seems to treat these sort of things as jokes. I'll be honest, the quality isn't great, I wouldn't trust a sword I bought. But for shuriken, you use them once and don't expect to get them back.

No way..! You're the one announcing it, so there's going to be tons of people flocking to it! [ Because apparently Minako thinks everyone decides on following a class or not on whether the teacher is handsome or not.. ]

It's nice of you though to still do this, even though that Ayumu is gone. Just don't overwork yourself by taking on two people's worth of a job!

Don't worry about me! [Though then he corrects himself after a moment.] Well, okay, worry about me a little, it makes me feel a mile high. But I can handle this just fine.

[Ha, well... she knows she's good just as much as she knows she has a long way to go. She appreciates the ego boost nonetheless.]

Well, I do need to know what to properly prepare for. Martial arts would be new to me as would throwing stars. As you saw my ranged weapon is my magic. Actually it would be quite interesting if it could be combined with the aforementioned ranged weaponry.

Is magic a common practice for ninjas? [Yugiri used something akin to it, she thinks...]
