[It's just a voice post because Leo had a shower idea and he's in no condition to be seen.]

A thought occurred to me. There's a lot of people in Heaven now who are from worlds that don't have things like cell phones or the internet or microwaves. I'm from one such world, so would others be interested in lessons on how to navigate a world like this one? I'm no expert, obviously, but since most of the "how to" guides and lessons you can find are aimed at people with a basic knowledge of what a computer or telephone is they're not exactly helpful. Unless you like beating your head against a wall in frustration, that is.

My thoughts exactly. Before coming here I had never seen an electric lamp, never mind the other electronics in my temple.

Computers in particular are very bizarre even for me. Last I was on earth, personal computers were not near as advanced as they are around here.

my homeland lacks such things as well
and i've often struggled with understanding the usage and value of such things.
classes on navigating the modern world would be an invaluable resource.
education for those unfamiliar with native culture or customs could be helpful as well.

it's helpful for finding some things
like recipes and funny cat videos
but it's pretty confusing on its own otherwise.

If there is one thing that we must be aware of, then it is how to use the technology here. I find it a wonderful idea to want to learn.

And as a note, make sure that any animals you may own has no access to them. They have been known to use them as a plaything at times.

But if this will be a thing, would it simply be phones or laptops will it pertain to larger devices such as trains if they need to properly get to their destination?

Ah, good point. Our original shinki pamphlet was written by a god and that's why I'm updating it after all. Hmm...

I guess you just made me think about having another viewpoint for someone who wasn't even familiar with phones or this other technology in the first place, which isn't me. Now I'm trying to think of a shinki who's in a similar position as you that I might be able to ask about it.

None of these existed in the world I came from before arriving here, either. I've had some very helpful friends teaching me about modern things, so I know some, but I'm sure there are still more things I could learn about. Or I could help share what I have discovered?
