Pardon me, but I have a question. Uhm... the leaves are a beautiful color this time of year, don't you think?

In this realm, there appears to be a custom w-where people come together to observe the foliage. They go to parks and gardens a-and all sorts of places to, well... I suppose to relax and take in the moment? I was thinking... I-I'd like to enjoy something like that.

My shrine's grounds are lovely but... ( She'll move the camera some to show her gardens through an open door. There are some fall colors-- bright golds and brilliant reds-- but what stands out the most are the whites and pinks of fluffy cherry blossoms, perpetually in bloom even this late in the year. ) ... It's n-not exactly what I'm looking for.

I-I was thinking of going some place this week. Friday, perhaps? ( She holds up a flyer, ducking behind it to show the camera. There's a large white castle illuminated and surrounded by red and golden trees at night. The text on the flyer is promoting a seasonal illumination. For those with memories of Sakura's world, the castle in the picture might look familiar... ) It's supposed to be the best time to see the colors there.

If anyone would like to go, please let me know. The more the m-merrier! ... Right?

[ Oh thank the gods (but not some of them, they know who they are) that there are still places like lady Sakura's temple and the castle she's advertising in this world. Malls and roads and busy city centers are all awe-inspiring and wonderful in their own ways, but... there's something familiar in cherry blossoms and towering castles that makes Ryoma oddly happy.

He doesn't wonder on the feeling too much, it's there and then it's gone, not thought about in depth like so many things. He's a slow texter and a perfectionist; video is not yet in his purview. ]

[The video response shows a visibly excited and enthusiastic Ayumu in kitty pajamas and a cat ear headband flopped in a large beanbag chair. The occasional swish of a fluffy black cat tail or bat of a paw can be spotted invading the picture from the edge of the screen. There's also a steady background crackling purr from the calico kitten currently napping on Ayumu's bosom.

Video posts are great. They're so much easier on Ayumu's fingers than trying to type everything out.]

What a wonderful idea, Sakura-chan! I was hoping to get away from Heaven and find a place to relax for a few days. An autumn viewing sounds great.

[Really, she has no idea exactly what Tsuzuki's told her about everything that's gone wrong at the bar lately but knowing her friend the way she does, Ayumu wouldn't put it past him to keep his goddess informed of everything that's transpired. She and Gojyo have tried their best to protect Tsuzuki from the worst of it. She hadn't been able to prevent Tsuzuki from getting hurt during the yakuza's attack on the bar but she'd tried to protect him and called for help when she couldn't anymore. She'd ensured his safety as much as she could considering the circumstances.

So hopefully, Sakura isn't too upset with her over that ugly business. Or so she hopes.]

( Oh, where is she? She looks so comfortable and all of those cats... it seems so delightful! )

If I could recommend a place... I think the area c-called "Hyogo" seems nice. It's where the castle is. ( It's even in Kansai so it might feel familiar to Ayumu. At least, their accents might be similar so there's some comfort there? Not that Sakura really knows. ) I've only been to the areas around the castle but I-I'd like to visit the rest, some day.

[Sanzang's temple is comfortable and relaxing, as evidenced by Ayumu's current state. Kishi wanders in from the edge of the screen to settle in a spot behind his mistress's head.]

Maybe we could go together sometime, Sakura-san. When we're not too busy with the clinic. There's a lot to see on the Near Shore, I feel, and we have all the time in the world to explore.

[At least, as long as one makes a concerted effort to not get killed, a skill that Ayumu's still developing. It's not as if shinki will age, anyway.]
