[Actually he was hoping to fluster Hermes into breaking off the conversation, but that attempt went over like a lead balloon, didn't it? Oh well. He tried. It sounds like Gojyo started this one, and Hakkai won't stand in the way of a little instant karma.]

[Sonic feels completely justified in giving Gojyo a hard time about this, it'll take more than that to fluster him (this time). He does, however, think Hakkai could use some better taste in men, buuuut that's not really his problem or concern]

I saw an opportunity to taunt him, and I took it, my apologies if I caused you any distress. I did not mean to imply that you weren't attractive, just that you were an odd choice for his flirtations, given the way he has placed heavy emphasis on the importance of having sex with women in the past.

[Doting on Gojyo like a mother hen. That's silly. He certainly hasn't been leaving care packages at Gojyo's door and attempting to make ice packs for his black eyes, or anything of the sort.
