Video 10/6
[So it's just Lann hanging out in front of the temple of Asteria.]
Hey has anybody just found cool stuff laying around in their god's temple? Stuff that wasn't there the day before, I mean.
[He angles the camera a little to one side to reveal a large purple..... actually what even is that? ]
I found this guy in our fridge the other day.
[Lann doesn't bother explaining how that thing could fit in a fridge in the first place. Instead he then shifts the angle upward. Perched happily on top of his head is this cute little guy. ]
And this one was in my shoe yesterday morning. Pretty neat, huh? I wonder where they came from...

Although I don't recognize the species.
Re: text
The pause is because Lann does not know the word 'species.' FInally he takes a guess. Because it's always better to pretend you can vocabulary even when you can't.]
I think the big one back there is a boy. Not sure about the bird.

What kinds of animals are they?
Switch to audio
............
Wait......]
Hang on a sec
[He switches to audio. Because how do you even spell 'behemoth?']
The big one is a behemoth. And the little one is a chocochick.
audio
[He knows the word behemoth, of course, but not as an animal species. Since he doesn't recognize either of them...
... well, he's fairly sure they must be native to this boy's world. He wouldn't be the first to have strange animals appear.]
Are they friendly?
Re: audio
audio
Are you planning to make pets out of them?
Re: audio
[A slightly nervous chuckle as he considers just how big and sharp the behemoth's teeth are. But Hakkai has pretty much nailed his plans for them.]
Yeah, dude. I mean, what else am I gonna do with them? I just gotta figure out what to to call 'em first.
no subject
[Aren't those just diminuitives of the species names?
Well, Hakkai's really bad at names.]
no subject
[Lann is giving those suggestions serious consideration though.]
Behe-kun sounds a little weird. I think he needs something more.... scary. I like Choco-kun though...

"Purple-kun"?

Is purple a scary color? Who knows!]
What would be a good scary name?
no subject
[Yeah he's not good at this either.]

[It does have a very large mouth and probably a nasty bite.]

no subject
[Probably not appropriate though.]

But you'd want a name that you can call on the street if he hasn't come home in time for dinner.

[He hums thoughtfully, then nods.]
I think I'll go with Fang. He looks like a 'Fang.'
