What's the best way to show thanks to someone?
Besides saying thank you. I want to do more for someone, but I don't know how.

You can only promise to never do whatever it is you did again, and keep to it. Everything besides that is just a show of how strong your feelings are.
Why not make a list of things you know they like? There might be a way to combine them, or get creative.

Well I hear they have restaurants or bars where you can participate in kickboxing.
It might be something interesting to do, at the very least? A change of place might help clear the air as well.
