I was curious, apologies if this has been asked before, but what are some hobbies people could pick up?

I'm trying to get used to this world here. I'd like to do something more than train...

[He pauses.]

Except fishing. Fishing I've already gotten a number of lessons on.

Complete. Almost anyway. It's not perfect, but I feel more myself than any other time.

I guess that makes sense for what I am.

[She pauses as she tries to get a handle on herself.]

I suppose it does. Enough sense, at least.

[Enough sense for Diarmuid to understand it. He gives a nod.]

You don't mind? Ah... do I need what you have?

[Pointing to the helmet.]

Ah yes. That would be a good thing. Don't want you to get hurt.

[She holds her hand out palm up and shadows stream from her sleeves before forming into a pitch black helmet for him to wear.]

[He'd prefer green, but he won't complain about a free helmet. Placing it on his head, he moves to climb up onto the motorcycle.]

[Celty types out some brief instructions on how to use the bike, what to press and what to twist and how hard or not to do so. Once she's satisfied that Diarmuid has it all understood she steps back.

Hopefully his Strength and Agility stats make up for his lack of a Rider skill or That Lancer Luck.]

[Diarmuid nods for a moment and quickly climbs onto the motorcycle. He goes over the instructions on his head before giving it a start and going across the parking lot with relative ease.

And then he turns around and comes back. Again, just at the right speed and the right power.]

How was that?

[There's a pause and then Celty nods, offering him a thumbsup. She had to get over being relieved the bike didn't go flying off out of control. But maybe Dia deserves more credit than that.]

Very good. You were careful not to put too much power into it. I'm impressed.

Thank you. I was trying to be careful not to drive it too hard.

[He lets out a chuckle.]

Now. would you like to drive me around?

[Celty tries to ignore that shiver she just got because of the tone he used when he asked. He probably didn't mean anything by it.

But she nods and gestures for him to move so she can mount up.]

Anywhere you want to go?

I have no where in particular in mind.

[It's all up to her! And he'll just enjoy the ride.]

(gonna let this go here for sanity's sake, but it's a good place to fade out and say they had a good afternoon, maybe retcon some shenanigans in chat :P)
