[The video is opening  on a shot of a sprawling flourishing garden, the focal point is a newly placed planter of flowers.  Then Alan is turning the phone to himself as he moves to sit next to that same planter, beaming happily.]

Miss Hibiki, if you happen to see this the flowers you've given me have settled in as nicely as I have. I believe you are right and I shall like it here.

[He laughs softly before smiling kindly abet awkwardly.]

To those of you, I've yet to meet salutations. My given name is Alan Humphries though like many I've taken on the duties of a god. Persephone to be more exact. I waited until I've gotten my temple in order to announce myself. If any of you have need of herbs and plants; as well as assistance with finding or caring for them feel free to contact me.

I don't think I've got anything like that with sunflowers. They're just such a happy flower, you know?

How kind of you to say so.

[He smiles gently. Really it is because he recalls a time when such a statement wasn't met so warmly.]

You needn't have a deep meaning or connection to a flower to have it be your favorite. They're such a bright, cheerful flower all those hues of gold and yellow; the occasional hints of orange and red. They're a lovely flower - very warm. I think it suits you.

[Even if he does have a deep connection, he'd never know, and that feels wrong in itself... but it'll be okay. It's fine. Just liking them is enough, isn't it?]

Hey, speaking of, I've just gotten this gorgeous orange spider azalea to root, so if we're still here next year, remind me to give you a cutting!

[By then, it should've grown enough to stand having one taken; it's still barely budding, right now, and Tsuzuki's coaxing it gently along.]

[Alan instantly perks up at this. Tsuzuki has his full attention and there's a look of absolute delight on his face.]

Oh! That would be amazing. Yes, please! I would love that. Thank you so much. I look forward to it.

[He grins. He's wanted a friend who he can talk to about gardens!]
