Does anyone know what to do about pest control? These guys have been everywhere since I first arrived and I've about had it.
[Posted along with it is an image of his temple field in a swarm of butterflies. Dark reds, oranges, and blues, all migrated to one place and attracted to him and the poppies. They're perfectly harmless, but they never leave.]

[The flowers themselves were already a bit much, though passable. He can't possibly have both]

action, i apologize but Viktor sure doesn't xD
"Pests? How can they possibly be pests? They're beautiful! You should come sit with me, they're very friendly as long as you're gentle with them!"
Never be sorry XD
Also making note the next time he does something like that, make it anon.
Emizel he's still going to find out it was you.Seeing how the tiny demon was caught, he might as well oblige. It seems that he can't get rid of them even if he wants. ...Even just to relocate them, since exterminating may be a little too harsh.
"Why bother?" he let out an exaggerated sigh and, dramatically flops down beside Viktor anyway. None of the butterflies seemed hurt in the process. If anything it seemed that they instinctively predicted it and fluttered away in time. Once Emizel was settled, they were back and crawling all over.

Viktor beamed. There was no other way to put it, he was so happy about being bombarded with butterflies that he was nearly giddy. When a smaller one with deep blue wings landed on his hand, he extended it the slightest bit toward Emizel.
"Their coloring is so beautiful! I must have loved butterflies in life to be so fond of them now. It really speaks to you too! They wouldn't want to spend time with a god unless he was good!"
Yep. Logic. It made total sense to him, at least!

Would you really exterminate something that likes you?

Or wait a few weeks and they'll go away. Or will they? Are they immortal butterflies?

I haven't seen one die yet. How long do butterflies live for again? I mean, I'm pretty sure they are different from normal ones anyway.

[Seriously? They can actually do that?]
But I never see them leave or anything though. Are you sure about that?
[Emizel there's so many, how would you notice if some did come and go?]

N...no. But they still get in the way. And it makes my temple misleading!
[How will anyone think he's a serious death god with ornate butterflies all around?]

[As he says it, the head of a pastel pink duck enters the picture and snaps a piece of sandwich from his fingers. Souji laughs a bit sheepishly.]
And even pests can be kind of cute, you know?
[Okay sorry, he's very distracted by the pink duck.]
...What is that?
