I've been a bit busy the past few days, but in light of some recent occurrences, I've been meaning to ask:

How much do you remember of your childhoods?

Not a lot before six or seven? But I've heard stories from when I was really little. Sometimes I think I can remember those but who knows if that's true or just me filling in gaps.

I suppose that always is a risk as well, yes. Do you think that is likely to happen, though?

Depends on who's telling it. A friend of mine from back home loves to tell over blown stories of my childhood just to embarrass me.

Much I would say. The memories become less clear with time, but they are present and I cherish them.

How far back do your memories reach before they become less clear? When can you remember nothing?

Early childhood. I do not recall much before I was six or seven.

That seems to be about the consensus. Though, I suppose it is quite unusual for one to remember their earliest years vividly.

We change too much to recall how we used to be as little children. I do not think our memories are fully developed until we are older.

That it would be quite strange if they had an answer for the question I've given, but aside from that, I'm not sure.

I admit to curiosity about what a mortal childhood is like. It must shape you in very different ways than I understand.

Human childhoods... well, they vary, but yes, they are very important for formative reasons. It's been a long time since I was a child, though.

Pretty much of it. But I guess it's partly thanks to stories I've been told, too.

Just a matter of curiosity. I saw a lot of people get shifted into younger forms and it made me think of it again.

I don't remember a lot -- a few over-arching details, yes, but specifics, less so.

Roughly the average amount, I'd imagine. Little from early childhood, progressively more after that, clearer memories of more dramatic events.
