Strength is standing by your ideals when it isn't easy, admitting when you're wrong, and giving everything you have to protect what you can in this world.
You can be strong without looking strong. Keep moving forward, learning from mistakes, and being able to help people you want to, seems like a good way.
[Why do so many people write when talking is so much easier?]
Um, I think there's a lot that could mean. Someone that looks strong....I think of someone that doesn't back down and they stand tall no matter whats in front of them! Even if they're scared inside. But being strong is being able to fight anyone or anything and protect your friends and stuff.
[Thoughtful pause]
Oh! You can also be strong by being able to punch holes in stuff and lift up things. There's lots of different 'strong's!
Since you seem to favor physical... I have a skewed idea of strength since my folks are the epic warrior sort, and we have superheroes in my universe. So someone lifting a car isn't a big deal to me. So someone like my brother, who can cause storms by swinging his hammer and toss giant beings around! He's the strongest man I know! :D
In the other sense, someone who can withstand abuse or attacks from others, without changing their convictions or decisions. Someone who takes suffering but doesn't resort to lashing. Someone who faces the consequences of their actions and doesn't escape. I would say those are as hard as punching a villain in the face, if not more.
...Storms with his hammer?! I want to see that. That's probably the strongest thing I've heard of yet! And that's definitely cool. And strong. Is he around?
[He loves strong. Sue him.]
That's really strong too. I like the first one the best, but seeing someone that strong? It's pretty great too.

Both of those sound really cool! And strong. Definitely strong.
But which one do you think looks stronger? Like you'd look at that person and be like 'wow, you're really strong.'

That kind of strength is something you have to look for in actions and not appearances.
