I need some help with something...

I want to get a gift for a girl as a thank you, but I don't know what to get. If anyone has Ideas, it'd be nice to hear.

Women tend to like pretty things. If she's young, a nice fan or shawl or something for her hair probably wouldn't go amiss.

Everyone suggested food like desserts. Guess it's something that a lot of people like.

Food is a safe bet, but not particularly personal, and not something they can keep for long. Clothes, accessories, or small practical goods work better as something they could hold onto as a keepsake, but might take a little more work to find the right one for the person you're giving it to.

Hairpins are a good option, if she's got long enough hair for them. All the better if you find one in a color she likes, or one that suits her well, or with a motif that reminds you of her somehow.
