[ The video turns on to a shot of Yata looking... well, that's a little harder to tell right away because he's trying to appear as neutral as possible at the moment. Despite that, inwardly he's panicking a little.

He rubs a hand against the back of his neck awkwardly as he addresses the BBS. ]

So, uh. I'm guessing waking up to find your god's temple missing is a bad sign, huh?

Like how to be useful. Got one who's mighty interested in the things I've learned while here about tracking and hunting.
Don't think my current god gives much of a damn, so why not?

I guess I haven't met many yet to find one like that. It's harder than it sounds.

Not really? You just gotta be willing to let people talk to ya.
Don't give everyone the cold shoulder, and you might find a god to chit chat with that way.

I'm not really good at chit-chatting. Besides. All the gods I've met so far HAVE shinki already.

You don't have to have the god make you into a shinki just to talk to them.
I talked with a goddess and helped her out, and she's got shinki. Gods don't have to name every shinki they meet.
But if it's anything like my new god, there's gods who will take on more than one. He's got a total of three.

Three? Really? I mean, mine took on a second, before... Well. Whatever. Maybe you have a point. I guess I can try.

Just think of it as collecting allies if that's easier.
Allies keep you from getting killed.
It's a win/win.

I'd say that's great in theory. But I'm already dead. So even if I did do this before, I'm not sure it worked out all that great.

You can still die here again, as fucked up as that seems.
I'd rather not go through that again even if I don't remember the first time.
