hey there! if you didn’t already know leo’s birthday is on June 30th! and a week later is roxas’ birthday on July 7th!

we (being me, kairi and forrest) are planning a surprise birthday party for them right smack dab in the middle of that week on july 3rd! we’ll be having it at my temple—baldr’s temple. you’re all invited! just don’t spill the beans about the party to either of them!! we want them to grumble in surprise!

gifts for them are more than welcome and feel free to bring all the food and snacks and drinks you’d like, there’s never enough of those things. there will be games and my temple is on the beach so feel free to bring whatever for the sand!

does anyone know how to bake a cake from scratch that can teach me, too?

oh and we do have a bear that wanders around the grounds once in a while, just be careful not to upset her she's super mean sometimes.

I think they will. Both of them don't like being the center of attention so if the party is for two people there's less of a reason for them to fuss.

[If Roxas has something upsetting to say to Kairi about all this, Sora will step in faster than a god can teleport. But he doesn't think that'll happen. He really does think they'll enjoy the party.]

Leo loves getting books. He loves reading about all sorts of things and he likes things like chess and puzzles too. Roxas is always a sure thing with stuffed animals!

What? No I'm not gonna do that!

Hmm... those are pretty good ideas, yeah! I can always try to get two or three small things and then they're bound to like one of them.

[Sora will take 50 busses to the face.]

That sounds great! I can't wait till they see all the gifts.

Hmm, should we have a bonfire that night too?

[She shakes her head and smiles at Sora, but then thinks about the Bonfire.]

Well... all I know is we should definitely have most of the party before dark.

... You know, so that Yukine can join us?

Yeah you bet.

I didn't know Yukine had to be home before dark!

We'll make sure he can come and have fun.

Yeah he has a curfew, he told me. I've never met his god, so I don't know the circumstances.

I'm just glad Roxas doesn't have that sort of thing for us. We just talk over text and it's fine.
