I'm aware that there are a handful of us who seems to enjoy books, so I'm offering up the idea of forming a book club of sorts.
At least that way, we can get together and discuss books - or even spells we've happened to come across. While learning Borderlines is important, I think these spells can be useful to know at least, even though actually applying them may take a little longer to figure out.
Another thing I'd like to ask is if who'd be willing to help out in organizing the library. It's a mess and I'm surprised that no one's made an effort - that I know of, anyway - to clean it up. It can take forever, but we might be able to find something that can come in handy in all of that mess.
If anybody needs to find me to discuss this in person, I'm currently at the library right now.

Another best chance we have is to keep note of everything as we go along.

I wouldn't mind assisting you in cleaning up the library. I was looking into it for information with my God earlier and it was rather disorganized. It would be helpful we were able to organize to some extent.
I'd like to see if we can find spells or even read the books it has to offer. Somethings I have looked at are quite fascinating to say the least.

There's definitely a variety, at least, so there are always new things to learn. Perhaps this way, even if we fail in managing to keep the library clean, we might be able to make our own library.

A book club? I've never heard of such a thing! I think something like that would be interesting, and a good way for others to compare notes as you've said. I would be very interested.
I would also be interested in helping with organization. And it will only take forever if you think it will! You need to stay optimistic!

Lavi has mixed feelings but he still carries on.]
Then welcome aboard. The more, the merrier, and being able to compare notes might help us get a better grasp on everything here.
I'll stay as optimistic as I can, but thanks for offering your help, as well.

There was a round of spring cleaning a little while back, but I'm not sure if it reached the library or not. I doubt so, and even if it did, it obviously didn't stick for very long. I don't think it's ever had any sort of organization that's *stuck*.
Making another attempt wouldn't hurt, and I would be up for a book club. Especially since a lot of those books in there have some practical uses, they're just hard for one person to find on their own.

You're always welcomed to join the book club in that case. Maybe there'd be something any of us could have missed that might be useful to us in the long run.

If you still need help with it, you can count me in in helping with organizing the library. The more books we have, the more we can learn about this world and everything in it.

I think we'll need all the help we can get just to get it into a cleaner state.

...sod it.
There isn't even a response to Lavi's post. Allen had one (a poorly written one), but that seemed entirely wrong. Then he spent another five minutes spent debating what to say. And both only resulted in increasing frustration at the smartphone they'd given him because it's really stupid trying to have a real conversation over it on this BBS thing.
So he shows up in person a short while later instead, entirely unannounced. Well, though he does pause at the entrance to the library before just stepping inside, rapping against the heavy hewn-wood doors with his knuckles for a moment. ]
Lavi? It's Allen. [ Is he still here? It's really dusty and there are a lot of piles of books in no particular order. Almost like it's been abandoned... ]
I came to help clean this place up...?
no subject
Lavi isn't even sure where this desire comes from; Allen seems nice despite the speeches he gave the last time they met while fighting that ayakashi.
But he knows he can't quite ignore him either.
He made a post on the network for the purpose of gathering help, and if he denied it -- well, it wouldn't be very good now, would it?
So, Lavi raises his arm out of a pile of books and waves at Allen.]
Over here.
