Tot has to find a name for her new shinki. But names are important and Tot wants to make sure it's a good one.

So how do you decide on one?

[Look this is a girl who calls her stuffed rabbit Rabbi-chan and whose name translates to Dead. Do we really want her naming people?]

Have you tried asking him what's acceptable...? not that that usually works for me and mine...

He said he wouldn't presume to tell god what to call him.

Well, if he gives you an idea and you like it but you still reserve veto power if you don't... technically...

But I had a shinki like that. One that wanted me to have far more power over him than necessary.

Tot doesn't mind. It's just strange when we're supposed to work together and be partners.

really is, considering that giving names is something parents do for children, or children to their toys. Or people to pets. None of which I want to equate shinki to.

Why would Tot replace Ken?

No reason I know of, but I've had multiple shinki at this point. I thought Ken might have disappeared.

How does Ken get on with his new friend?

He just arrived so they haven't really met yet.

People seem to vanish occasionally without trace, that's all. Was hoping Ken wasn't one of them.
