How many of you are capable of spells or skills that can heal others?

Based on recent incidents it seems like a good idea to know this.

For starters, I know healing spells, if they're needed.

so i won't ask for details but is there anything the rest of us dead guys ought to watch out for?

[Add is quite the memorable soul indeed.

And since he's answering this after a certain post was made...]

You can be critically injured, and apparently shinki can die again.

I don't know if we should chalk that up to individual survival instincts, considering that thread, but the fact that it's a possibility is worth noting.

[Not that he feels sorry for the thug who beat up his shinki. At all. Ever]

You'd think death would be one of those things that only happens to you once.

If he's not jerking Amaterasu around it sounds like we get to have it happen here as much as we want, huh? Exciting!

You'd think so, but I'm aware of people experiencing it many times over. It depends on the world they exist in, more than anything else, from what I've observed.

We don't know what kind of damage it does to the hearts of those who die though. In my experience, things like that come at a cost.

I'm not saying it sounds like a lot of fun, but I have to say it sounds like more fun than staying dead.

You know, if we get a choice.

Guess there's that.

I'd rather not see anyone go through that pain over and over again though.

I guess it doesn't count with me, since it's not like I remember any of it, but I'd rather be alive even if I had to go through the dying routine first, you know?

I mean obviously the best choice is not getting killed even if you do come back.

I guess so. In the last world I was a part of, deaths though temporary caused damage.

So I'm wondering whether that's true of this world as well.

Damage. Like what, you get your arm ripped off, die, and come back with one arm left?

More like glitches.

Forgetting something important, for example.

Maybe that's just a death thing.

The last world I was in, people didn't forget everything.

Not usually, anyhow.

Huh.

[Not remembering still eats at him, as impossible to ignore as a rock in his boot, but pushing... won't help. He finds himself strangely reluctant to push too far, in fact, as if it would somehow ruin everything. Maybe it will. Who knows?]

Who knows what happens here if you die again, anyway?

We could ask that kid that keeps picking fights, but he might not even know what's missing.

That's the troubling part.

That's the one who died? Hey, it's worth a shot. If he's missing something big enough then he's guaranteed to notice.

I recognized the name. Not sure how forthcoming he'll be though...but I guess that'd just demand some creativity.

He's more stubborn than strong, I'd say.
