Research. Look into things. Try to figure out how we got here and why we're here. Sujin at least told us whoever did it isn't in Japan.

[He eyes that insult-nickname wearily, but Shouto can't see it. He doesn't know- it's for the best. 'Don't call him that to his face.' That's an insult to Bakugou's intelligence. He knows what'll happen if he says something like that to Todoroki.]

He does know. All shinki know they're dead.

[ it's a lot like something he'd been thinking about before being brought here - the possibility of people having quirks bestowed upon them. but all he has are half-baked theories and no evidence, unless he wants to spill his guts about the overwhelming guilt over all might's decline and the newfound "apparently he died saving my life" bullshit of todoroki's timeline. ]

[ shinki can become gods, too. that guy going by hades. he was a shinki; he'd attacked kousaka and come back all the shinier-and-newer for it. does he want to share this information, though? izuku can read. he's probably seen the post and assessed it already, too. ]

[There's a pause, it's not that long, maybe a minute or two. But he can already feel tears pricking at his eyes.

Shinki can become gods too. He knows. Kido was attacked by that guy and now he's a god. But he died. He died to change what he was. Shouto doesn't need to go through another death, even if he doesn't remember the circumstances of the first one. How many times does he have to watch people die? Bakugou when he first arrived. Kido so many different, gut wrenching times. Shouto too recently.

Having to watch Shouto die again? This time somewhere where he could have done something about it? A sickening feeling at the pit of his stomach. No. No way. He won't let it happen as long as he has something to say about it.

He's glad that the emotions between god and shinki are not a two way street.]

Panicking doesn't help anything. The situation is awful. But we're here. This is what we have to work with. I'll deal with it.

I'm trying to figure things out but there's not much information available.
