Wow, it feels depressing to have so many posts about people disappearing. But I guess I should tell you all... Battler's gone. I'm sorry to his friends, but I didn't revoke his name, and it's gone for sure.

Maybe he'll come back like Hisoka did, though! Don't give up hope.

Anyway, I don't want that to be all I say. So how about I introduce myself? I know there's a lot of new people here I haven't met yet! I'm Tajimamori, the god of sweets, but you can call me Tsuzuki. Or Asato if you like, ha ha ♥

I got here right around Valentine's Day this year, and I was a god of death for a long time before that. (Don't ask how long! I'm still a young man!) But if you've got questions I might be able to answer them. Or if you just want to tell me a little about yourself that's fine too.

I've met her, and I do agree that she doesn't seem the type to mislead us intentionally. But there's too much right now that none of us know.

[Don't let your shinki out of your sight. Or -- it'll probably be fine. Tsuzuki doesn't know if it'll help to keep that close of an eye on shinki. What if they could be pulled away while their gods are watching? It hasn't seemed to happen while anyone's watching, so far, but that could be coincidence.]

Yeah. I guess it can happen that quickly. So it can't possibly be anything that they can fight.

I just wish we knew more.

"Wishing" doesn't help with that. The question is where to start digging, to learn more.

I tried to figure out if the ones that disappeared had anything in common, but I couldn't find anything out. So maybe it's not about them. Maybe it's something about whatever spell's bringing us here in the first place....

Maybe. Or maybe there are physical components that can be damaged, or the spell itself is being targeted.

[Just because they don't know who and what brought them here doesn't mean that the Heavens might not have a hint, or even be on the mysterious culprit's trail. Destroying the magic that culprit's left scattered around, maybe. If it's an ongoing effort to keep all of their souls here and force them into the molds of gods an shinki...]

I just don't know enough about the spell to guess.

I know a few things about magic, but a lot of the stuff I've run into here is way beyond me!

Anyway, I'm hoping there's some way to figure out what's going on to bring us here. I think it's got to be some kind of magic, but if that's true, there's got to be evidence of it somewhere around here.

What kind of evidence would there typically be?

No worries! It's been a hell of a month all around....

It'd have to be a powerful spell, and one that'd stick around for a long time. I think there'd have to be some kind of physical spell written somewhere.

Maybe somewhere in the heavens, or on the Near Shore... although wow, it'd take a long time to find it in the mortal world.

Would you be able to show me what sort of writing is typically used for spells, so I could recognize it if I did see something?

Have you ever seen old Chinese script? That's the most common.

At least with the type of magic I use. Other schools use other writing, so it's kind of hard to say.
