So how does a vampire turn people into new vampires anyway? I thought it was just biting people in the first place.

The most well known method in stories would be drinking the vampire's blood. Whether it's true or not might depend on the vampire.

There's a lot of us who probably want to know. There was a vampire terrorizing the streets a few nights ago.

Targeting humans, just us or regardless of who his victims are? If we know more about this vampire, we may be able to put together a plan. I don't want any more victims.
