[Yuuki hasn't been a shinki nearly as long as some. But even she can realize when things are very, very wrong.

The room she awakens in is not her own, and that much is clear right away. Already confused by her new location, she is immediately informed that this is where she belongs now; that she is the shinki of Neith, not Freya.

It's enough to terrify her.

It had all happened so abruptly, she has no time to even try to begin to understand. Why the change? And how? Did she do something wrong? Was Bo okay?

Had she somehow failed as a shinki?

By the time Hajime meets with Yuuki, she isn't the cheerful, enthusiastic girl Hajime has seen so often. Instead, her head is tipped down, hands clenched at her sides as she practically exudes waves of fear, anxiety, and insecurity.

No. This isn't right. This isn't how it's supposed to be.

I don't serve Bo anymore I'm one of Hajimes shinki now.

I just woke up in her shrine all of a sudden and I don't know why

Bo where are you?? Has anyone seen her recently???

I don't understand. What happened???? Is this normal??

I don't think stuff like this even used to happen before

[That seems to be the case, yes. No sense in lying about it.]

Then, someone will figure it out, and we'll all hear the answer. Everything will be okay. Hajime will be a good god to you in the meantime.

[It's a difficult and admittedly scary prospect, having to deal with the very real potential that something had happened to Bo and the idea that she may not even be able to do anything about it. But Elsa's words remind her that if nothing else, she'll have to at least try.

That, and...]

You be careful too okay?

[The idea that this is not just a single, isolated case has certainly occurred to her by now, especially after speaking with Tsuzuki. The whole reason for the gods appearing here now was due to the others disappearing, wasn't it?]

[Elsa doesn't yet know what Yuuki does, but Bo's disappearance still makes her nervous. After all, isn't this what her friends at home must be feeling in regards to her? She'll just have to keep doing her best, and then... well, best not to think about that. Best just to stay focused on life here and all that needs to be done.]

[Part of her just wants to end it there. She feels awful about all of this, and she just wants to run away from it all.

But... She doesn't want Elsa worrying, either, so she adds:]

I get along with Hajime so I know I'll be alright. Focus on yourself and your shinki

[Yuuki's concern comes across clearly. Elsa can't help but think about how energetic and cheerful she'd been at the gym, so patient and kind as Elsa struggled to keep up with her. Knowing that she's worried now, and that there's nothing she can do to help her, is enough to dampen Elsa's spirits.

But Yuuki is trying, and that's what important. She's making the effort, and it will pay off.

Good, I'm glad to hear that. Hajime is lovely, and so are you. If there's ever anything I can do for you both, let me know, okay?

Hakkai and I are doing quite well. We intend to keep it that way.

[It's encouraging, at least, to know that. She wouldn't really call upon Elsa for help, not when it's her own problem to sort out, but. It's the thought that really counts.]
