[Hakkai hasn't yet learned the fancier tricks of working with this bulletin board -- it looks like some people have found a way to post moving images of themselves, with sound, or spice up simple text with color or different sizes of letters.

He's going to have to learn how to do all of that himself at some point, but since he'd rather get the information itself out before months have passed, he's perfectly content sticking with simple, unadorned text for now.]

[Hakkai puzzles over the functions for several minutes before managing to attach a map.

Now he just hopes Goku can work out how to look at it. Susano'o seems intrigued enough by the idea of his shinki learning more skills, so he'll probably help if he has to.]

[Ah, there's... a thing. It says there's a thing. Give him a second. He thinks he's getting the hang of this! It takes him a minute, but he manages to figure out through pure trial and error that tapping the thing opens up the attachment.

Except it takes him just as long, if not longer, to figure out how to close it. Oops.]
