I need advice. I have been given the most terrible secret in the world, and the person I confide in most, whose opinion I would normally seek in this circumstance, is the one who I must keep the secret from.

I am very good at keeping secrets, but I am not nearly as good at bearing things alone as I used to be. Without knowing who I can trust not to tell this person, it's left me in a predicament.

Which means, I suppose, I am asking for help.

Good point... I'm not geared up to see what would happen when the "don't reveal their past" rule is broken, accidental or not.

exactly that! they don't know who they're talking to but no one else can see it!

I certainly won't be the first one to break it. Though I am not good at hiding things from her at all so I don't know that she won't figure things out on her own.

We've been close for so long I don't know that she wouldn't be able to see right through me.

It might be fine if she knows you knew her? But if she's too curious, it'll probably be a pain...

I've been trying to think of it that way. She's not exactly the friend I know without our shared experiences. It's just very difficult.

She can be. Though perhaps cold is less accurate than sarcastic and troublesome.

Mine is just cold. Not too off from back home, to be honest, but there's still a noticeable difference.

Oh she is an entertaining person, certainly. I don't think I'd be able to take her being cold to me... I hope it isn't very hard for you.

Nah, it's not hard in the same way. We weren't that close, but close enough I feel bad for him.

Maybe he's acclimating to the situation? I would be very nervous if I had lost all my memories and was in someone else's care.

In my experience, I think it's a safe bet to believe he's gone home.

I would try not to worry too much.

[Since it was Saitama, even in this weird place King doubted he would be dead or anything. So having been sent home was the only real option in his mind that he would consider.]

I'll be fine, but who knows about him.
