Um.. hey!

[ Although Minako smiles, there's something a bit muted about her. If not just for the fact that the volume of her voice currently isn't rupturing your eardrums right away with the greeting. ]

I thought I should let everyone know, since a lot of people know her.. But it's probably going to be difficult to reach Zelda for a while. Because she's asleep! And, you know, not just "doesn't want to get up in the morning" asleep. More like.. "sudden spring hibernation" sleep? Which is something that.. sometimes happens, I guess!

[ It's fine. This is fine. It's fine! See, she's smiling. Totally cool. ]

I guess.. until she wakes up, I'm going to try and take care of Metis temple affairs. [ Sure, Natsuru is there too, but Minako is the Exemplar! Not to mention Minako does have a natural leader sense - despite her lack of memories - and a huge sense of responsibility. It comes natural to try and take the whole world on her shoulders if needed. ] So if you need anything.. just let me know instead!

Both of those things are good.

[ Even though "not getting kidnapped" and "not starting a war" is a pretty low bar to set, huh. Who thought Minako would end up running into people more ridiculous than herself here. ]

If you do something to make things extra hard for him though, you'll have to deal with me. [ Which would probably be more of an intimidating prospect if Minako wasn't much more low-energy than usually and wasn't five foot tall teenager, huh. ] I'm trusting you since you sound like you're making a real effort, but just know that.

Though, of course, you're more than welcome to do that even if I'm not making Edge's life difficult. I'm fairly high maintenance when it comes to staying out of trouble.

I should, perhaps, not complain because it's what's enabled me to be here in the first place, but that doesn't make it any less true.

Alright, then you better watch out. If I hear about you causing trouble in general, I'll be right there to kick your butt. [ Anything to help out a close friend like Edge. And.. you know, Minako likes kicking butts in general. When she's more her usual self and more high-energy, anyway. ]

Also, in return and in deference to you, I shall refrain from pointing out to Edge that he is currently in the service of someone with long legs and blond hair, as I'm sure that will embarrass him terribly.

[ .. okay, that joke is.. actually kind of endearing. Especially since she has an extremely dumb sense of humor to begin with, so she loves this. Minako finds herself smiling just a tiny bit despite her mood. ]

[ Neither is hers. :( That's kind of a sad thought to linger on though, especially when she's down in the dumps already, so she quickly turns her thoughts back to Zelda's situation. ]

At the very least just don't fall asleep on him then.

I don't need to sleep at all, so that won't be an issue.

I suppose I could sleep if I tried, but it seems like a terrible waste of time if one doesn't require it.

I wonder if that means this couldn't happen to you then..

[ Zelda did sleep regularly, after all. But there's no way she would have voluntarily opted to sleep this long either, so there's no real way to tell. Still, Minako would be relieved if that at least means this would be one burden one of her friends wouldn't have to deal with. ]
