Um.. hey!

[ Although Minako smiles, there's something a bit muted about her. If not just for the fact that the volume of her voice currently isn't rupturing your eardrums right away with the greeting. ]

I thought I should let everyone know, since a lot of people know her.. But it's probably going to be difficult to reach Zelda for a while. Because she's asleep! And, you know, not just "doesn't want to get up in the morning" asleep. More like.. "sudden spring hibernation" sleep? Which is something that.. sometimes happens, I guess!

[ It's fine. This is fine. It's fine! See, she's smiling. Totally cool. ]

I guess.. until she wakes up, I'm going to try and take care of Metis temple affairs. [ Sure, Natsuru is there too, but Minako is the Exemplar! Not to mention Minako does have a natural leader sense - despite her lack of memories - and a huge sense of responsibility. It comes natural to try and take the whole world on her shoulders if needed. ] So if you need anything.. just let me know instead!

.. wait, really?

[ Now that's a detail about this whole prolonged sleeping thing that Minako hadn't heard about yet. It's obvious too - the fake cheer is dropped entirely and instictively in favor of surprise. ]

She could be dreaming about.. time passing where she comes from?

It's what happened to my goddess - she woke up and her hair was several inches longer!

That's so weird! Did her hair just grow since she slept that long? I wonder if people's hair grows in their sleep if they're asleep for longer than usually..

[ This is one of those things she just hadn't even considered about this situation. Which kind of adds more stress on top of it all. Is she going to have to give her goddess a haircut too while she's asleep? No way! ]

It must have! Because I definitely never noticed it growing until she woke up.

[ It was absolutely one of the weirdest things he'd ever seen. ]

And I checked on her at least twice a day too.

Oh, geez...

[ Then that means Minako also definitely isn't going to notice, no matter whether she spends every waking moment next to her sleeping goddess, huh. Which she's definitely planning on doing. ]

Maybe I should make sure there are some real good scissors around for when she wakes up.

... If she wants it.

[ He rubs his neck, not really sure why Yona would have felt that way. ]

I think Zelda would probably prefer keeping it at her current length.. [ If not just since it's be kind of inefficient to go around with Rapunzel-style hair everywhere, right. Zelda's the type to like efficiency.. Or so Minako thinks, anyway. This whole situation is seriously making her second guess everything. ]

How did your goddess feel after she woke up?

I think it meant something to her? Either because of how long it felt to her since she'd fallen asleep, or long hair means being a princess...? I'm not sure. But she definitely didn't want me to clean it up for her.

I just figured you should ask her first.

Ah.. no, I didn't mean about the hair specifically.

[ With how out of it she is, it took her a moment to even realise how that sounded just now.. ]

I just meant.. in general, you know? I have no idea what to expect when she wakes up again. I don't want her to feel upset.

[ Yoon really, REALLY hesitates before going on to explain this next bit. ]

Gods... they remember. Yona woke up and she cried into my shoulder, just wanting a hug of some kind. She couldn't explain why either, but then she knows-- knew... that we were from the same world.

[ Minako pauses for a little bit. Even though she's feeling pretty bad herself, it's also kind of obvious that this is harder to talk about for Yoon.. And despite not knowing him, she doesn't want to step on any toes. So she lets the words sink for a moment before continuing. ]

That.. was upsetting to her?

Whatever she remembered just before she woke up again, yeah. That's what upset her.

I see.. I really hope Zelda won't remember something upsetting as well.

[ Minako tries to think of what Zelda could be thinking of or experiencing while she's asleep, but.. after a moment of trying, she realises it could be absolutely anything. There's no telling. ]

Isn't there a chance that maybe she's just having a nice dream?

Well... of course there is.

[ He says as much to be honest as trying to placate a bit after his very dour news. ]

But it's also very possible that she'll be happier to wake up and be here again with people she trusts more than the people back there.

[ Minako isn't so sure about that one. Considering how much Zelda has talked about longing to be back home.. Maybe she'll actually feel more upset to wake up and still be here.

But she decides to not mention that out loud. She doesn't want to drag the mood down even further, especially when she's trying so hard - and failing - to seem okay. ]

Alright.. Thank you. You really helped me with giving me information.
