If someone's cursed when they're alive, would it follow them after death?

How would they know if they're cursed?

Pretty confused, I admit, but... I'd seen so many things here by then that I think it was less confusing this second time. I could tell that it wasn't something that I knew about until I met the people I traveled with, though.

I never really thought about what I know. There's some things I know about, and other things I learned about here.
