I have a question for the other gods here.

Well, two questions, really.

First - do you prefer to introduce yourself by your given name or your god name?

And second - was anyone else called here to fill in for a god of the opposite gender? I'm having trouble deciding whether I should be calling myself the god or goddess of beauty and wealth.

Well... I suppose I should start with what we're expected to do as gods. I assume we're to answer prayers, but how?

think of prayers like they're a special request from a potential fan
a service that must be fulfilled so you can gain more followers

the more followers you have, the more people will notice you!

prayers can mean anything, from finding someone's missing jewelry to helping them get a job

How do you hear them? Or do you just go out among the people looking for someone who needs help?

i get them received from my temple. that's how i know about their existence

Do you have to concentrate and listen for them?

sometimes, but it's worth the effort to hear the voices of your potential followers!

I'll be certain to try that now that things have calmed down, then. I want to be able to do my best while I'm here.
