So I know it's cold out right now and a lot of people need to keep warm because they don't have their own luxurious fur to do the job for them

I guess where I came from it must have been a different season or something because I've been shedding a lot lately and growing in a new coat so now I have all of this shed fur that I'm not doing anything with

It's very high quality fur and I've taken very good care of it and I'd like to give it to someone that could use it to make warm clothes for the people here that don't have fur

Please let me know if you want it and I can deliver it to you personally

How does one convert fox fur into clothing? Is it like wool?

I mean I'm sure there has to be some way to do it but I don't know how it works

I can try my hand at it. I've made stuff from sheep wool. Reckon it's similar enough.

Sure can. As for wool, ya wash it, and comb it after it's dry to get knots out, and feed it into a spinning wheel. That's the short version, anyway. I'm going to check some books to see how fox fur works, though. I have a feeling I'll find something in my library.

[It's a good thing Nephenee is into handicrafts herself, because there's a large section of the library dedicated to it, what with Athena being over that.]

Where is your temple

It's in the southeast district, along the banks of the river and just across from Orihime's temple. Look for the building made of solid gold. It's quite hard to miss.

I bet it shines in the sunlight all the time

It does! It's rather beautiful when the light catches it at just the right angle. Sometimes there's even a rainbow-like shimmer.

I don't remember anything about where I'm from or what happened so it's hard to say

But it probably was

Oh sorry, right! But at least your fur can be of good use even if you didn't expect to shed so much right now, or well, maybe you didn't know if you should expect it or not and everything. Is it going well? It takes a lot of brushing, right?

Yeah it takes a lot of brushing

But I brush my fur a lot anyway so it's not really much different

It just takes a lot longer because I have to stop and pull fur out of the brushes all the time

It's worth it though when you end up with a coat that's softer and silkier than anyone else's

But you would have to do that anyway too even if you wouldn't save it? Or am I misunderstanding? Are you a sort of animal? I'm sorry if you're not, I really don't want to be rude but since you have fur I kind of assumed you are?

I'm a kitsune so I have two forms but one has a lot more fur than the other and I usually have to get someone else to brush me in that one

But even in the form that looks more like a human I still have my ears and tail that need brushing at least twice a day if I want them to stay soft and silky

You must be very soft. Do you know how to get curly unruly fur to get soft too?

Is it... really thick enough to make clothing out of? Or would it be better as just the edge material like long-sleeved shirt cuffs.

It's pretty thick but it would probably be better as lining inside of shirts and coats

Or you could use it for shirt cuffs too probably

I never really thought about it

I don't know how humans use fur I just know how I use it

It's all over me in one form and only on my ears and tail in my other form but yeah it's not something I think about a lot

But if you can find a use for it I'm happy to share since there's always plenty of it even when I'm not shedding like crazy
