Hello, everyone!

[Heeeeeere's Wendy! Looking as cute as she can possibly make herself. And she's pretty damn cute. She'd just like to remind you all of that. She's bundled up a little, to combat the cool weather, because, as the background shows, she is on the Near Shore. Shrine grounds, in fact!]

In case you don't know me, my name is Wendy! I'm on here to let you guys know that I'm unveiling something that will be important for all of us! It's-

[And she twists around, focusing the camera now on a modest little shinto shrine. It's not supremely small, but it's not super enormous, either. Livable, which is the important thing. Striding across the stone, a chicken pauses to stare at the shinki girl and clucks.]

[Anyone paying attention might recognize this as a shrine to Amaterasu.]

-the brand new Shinki Sanctuary! [Wendy turns the camera back to herself.] People are always disappearing here, which is bad enough. However, when it's a god who vanishes, they leave behind their shinki! And what's a shinki on their own without anyone? Ayakashi bait. So I asked- [She speaks slowly, making sure to get it right.] -Amaterasu if we could have funds to make a sanctuary for godless shinki to stay at.

And that's what this is! Here on the Near Shore, we're allowed to use this shrine for shinki to stay at if they don't have anywhere else. We should be able to get clothing, if you don't have any spares, and I'll do my best to make sure we have food available!

Not only that, but I'm also starting a matchmaking service here! If you're a god who wants or needs a shinki, or a shinki who wants a god for whatever reason- [No nora judgment here.] -then please stop over here and fill out a form! Everyone is welcome, you don't have to be staying at here to fill out a form.

So be sure to remember this just in case, alright? And tell your friends!

It's nice to meet you, Wendy. I'm Saori and this is such a wonderful idea.

I might be able to bring in food to this shrine but I'll have to check with my god first. I'm pretty sure she'd be okay with that.

So I'm guessing you'll need me watching around there more regularly now.

[He'd had a look in before, but there wasn't much point adding it fully to his patrol schedule until it was public knowledge.]

"Oh. those both sound wonderful!"

Viktor grinned, really enjoying the ideas.

"I could have used both when my first god disappeared. Luckily I was taken in by and adorable little death god with a temple full of butterflies, but the first few days were tough. This is a really good thing you're doing. If you need some help, just let me know!"

Because that meant he might be able to hang out with those chickens. Motivation.

Man, I really could have used that the other day.

[It doesn't occur to Charlotte to worry about her image over the internet. People in her phone just don't seem as real!]

... Hey, what kind of gods have you seen shopping around?

That is amazing! It's great that she agreed to help and it looks like a really nice place. You mind if I come check it out later in the day?

And the Matchmaking Service is kicking off too, that's really cool.

It was very kind of Amaterasu to give this her blessing. I'm sure this will be a big help for shinki that suddenly find themselves without a god. If the shrine is ever in need of spare clothing, feel free to contact me and I'll do what I can to help.

That'd be great! We won't need too much, but anything that could free up some of our funds would be great~.

When you can but I thought you mostly did the far shore

"I know how you feel." Wendy huffs out a sigh, one hand on her hip. "My first god disappeared in just less than a month. And I know I'm not the only one. I'm just amazed this sort of thing didn't get started up sooner."

But then again, she's also not particularly surprised.

[Hey, no judgment from this small girl.]

Not any yet... but we just started. Want to drop by and leave a form looking for someone special~?

[Or multiple someones. Still no judgment. Gods are a business arrangement as far as Wendy is concerned.]

Yeah! It took a lot of work just getting to see her, 'tho. You definitely have to stick with it.

Really? That'd be a ton of help! We wouldn't need anything fancy, just good enough for whatever weather is going on!

It shouldn't be hard to make some sweaters and scarves for the winter months.

I do parts of both. And even if I did do mostly the Far Shore, that wouldn't be an excuse not to add this to it.

I've heard that getting an audience is a hassle before, so I can imagine.

Of course I will do that, because it's a great thing to have. And if there's anything you need any help with I'm always open to helping out.

Well, as we get people staying here, there'll be more to do... But there's already been a couple who've volunteered to help out.

Which I figured would happen. After all, it's not like this is a new problem.

I'm not surprised, but keep it in mind for whenever you need additional help. It's great that you've got some volunteers already.

And it certainly is it. Some of them - the old gods - would probably just prefer that we disappeared with our gods so they didn't have to deal with this but none of us have much control over things.

You know, when I was talking about Amaterasu, she seemed kind of surprised about... any of the stuff I was bringing up. So I don't think she's one who feels like that.

[Unless she's a better actor than Wendy.]

Of course, Miss! If it's going to be able to be useful to me other people need to know about it so it can be useful to them too.

[ And he knows a kid that can't hear or read, so that kid doesn't really use the BBS either. ]
