[Zoro sighed for what felt like the millionth time since he talked to Niles, and he hates it. He’s sitting on a swing, in a park he just found himself in during a run, and decided it’s was the best place to be in.]

The fuck am I doing.

[He laughs, dry and without humour, and he swings slowly, looking up a trip the sky with his good eye.]

[Lancer tilts his head as he looks at the man who seems displeased.]

Sorry, I couldn't help but to overhear.

[Zoro looks to the man he didn’t even feel walking up to him and now he’s surprised. He blinks a couple of times, his senses must be getting dull if he can’t feel someone anymore.

He shakes his head, not one for hiding anything, and smiles sadly.]

Am I that obviously distressed?

[irishfriskey]

A little bit, yes.

[He moves to sit down beside him, looking at him.]

You've been sighing a lot. I've walked past here a few times and seen it.

...Ah.

[Zoro scratches the back of his head.]

Wanna sit down and talk to me?

[He sits comfortably on the swing beside him.]

Yeah, that’s good.

[He goes back to looking up at the sky.]

I guess I just don’t know how to deal with the situation I’ve found myself in, since I don’t remember if I ever dealt with something similar.

[He scratches his head again, and hums.]

Have you ever been hurt by someone you love?

...Ah. Unfortunately, I'm in a similar boat. I don't remember if I've dealt with something like that.

[He looks apologetic.]

My god might know what to do there... but I'm sure he's busy. What did this person do?

Oh so you’re a shinki too?

[He sighs once more.]

It’s my boyfriend. He cheated on me.

[He blinks for a moment.]

I... see. You're still together?

[wadoichimonji]

[He shrugs, and moves his legs back, so that he isn’t touching the floor.]

I’m not sure actually.

[irishfriskey]

...Do you still love him?

[He looks at Zoro with a kind smile.]

[Zoro looks at the sand under his feet for a moment, and sighs again.]

Yeah, I do.

[irishfriskey]

Has he done this before?

[He leans a bit closer to him, smiling softly.]

[wadoichimonji]

No.

[He starts making figures with his feet on the sand now.]

He told me as soon as he could apparently too.

[irishfriskey]

It doesn't sound like he did it on purpose... at least to hurt you.

[He gives a slow nod.]

But... I think you should talk to him.

[wadoichimonji]

...Yeah.

[Zoro sighs, and stops playing with the sand.]

I wanna talk to him, but I don't know what to say. I'm still hurt and annoyed and just...

[He groans.]

I love him so much.

I think you need to ask him if he feels the same way.

[He nods slowly.]

I think you'll know what you need to say after that.

[wadoichimonji]

You think?

[He looks like a kicked puppy really.]

I hope you're right.

[irishfriskey]

[He moves to touch him on the shoulder.]
