How many of you people actually know how to use a computer? Or even a smartphone? A tablet?

How many of you even know what they are?

If not, do you want lessons?

too many 'what does this do?' questions from certain parties
I might as well get it over with in one go

Compile a tutorial or FAQ and have them linked every time that question pops up.

that's assuming that they can figure out how to use a link button enough to use it without destroying part of their computer
