Are you tired of doing absolutely nothing in your temple? Do you want to train your body to perfection? Are you a god or shinki in a dire need of staying in shape?

Then feast your eyes upon this message: I, Sheryl Nome, will be teaching exercise classes next week at Menrva's temple! Aerobics, weight lifting, pilates, yoga, and other kinds will be covered. Miss Elsa and Mr. Hakkai gave me their blessings and so, this post is now here for all to see. And of course, you're all welcome to bring your own exercise equipment for people to share!

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
3:30-5:30 PM

This is a tentative schedule, but there's a 90% chance that it'll become official.

Actually... if everyone approves, I can grab that annoying 10% to myself.

Sure! It's more fun with more people! I've been doing it since I arrived so i wouldn't gain too much. With how often this place seems to have parties and free food...

When do you usually head out?

truly this is a chance that must be taken advantage of!

it's been so long since i've ran with someone that it feels like forever and a day, honestly. i usually do that alone. but i still exercise with my shinki at the gym in my temple so we can all be in perfect condition. there's that silver lining

around 6 or 7 am... really early!

same here! I use to run with a friend back home in the mornings. She was super cute!! but here I've mostly been going solo. Yuuki trains a lot already, I think she went to a sword class and Rise keeps herself busy too! I think Yuto likes to sleep!

[Maybe she should pester them more about jogging with her sometime? Or at least attend Sheryl's class.]

that's really nice to know. is this friend of yours from the same group of heroes you're part of? i remember you told me about it once. Yuuki and Rise are really cute girls, i'm happy to know them! but sadly i didn't get to meet Yuto

Yes! Her name is Utsu-tsu. She's a small girl with long emerald hair. She's quiet but really cute. She's amazing too! I really miss her. She's a Gatchaman too! I wish I could introduce her to you!

Yuto is sort of shy and keeps to himself. Super spikey black and purple hair. He came out towards the end of the pool party! I'm trying to get him out and about more actually. He's really sweet!

I'm available anytime! Tomorrow morning?

Ill be happy to hear you sing whenever you feel up to it. It doesnt need to be at an party or anything but thank you! Ill keep it in mind. I really like watching you sing too! The whole area comes alive with your voice and you sparkle super bright.

Sheryl-chan what else do you like to do? I know singing is your thing but I don't want to wear you out about it. Im sure theres a lot about you too!
