It seems strange that I should only come to you all when things are rough, but that appears to be my sole duty as of late.

I must start this message by apologizing for the behaviors of my brother. His actions were unwarranted and chaotic and I should have seen something like this coming from him. I'm embarrassed to say that we had no idea of what he was scheming, and for all the loss of life and the damages I am truly, greatly sorry.

That said, it pleases us to no end that so many of you new gods and shinki have worked so hard to protect our home and to clean up after the disaster that befell us. We are truly grateful to have good souls like you here with us. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Know that we do not plan to punish the other party involved in the destruction that has happened here. We had detained him and are keeping him under close watch for your safety as well as his own. Please understand that we have made the best choice that we can.

Again, we apologize for what has happened and we hope to be able to curb anything like this from ever happening again.

It's good of you to keep us updated. I'm sure you're busy, but this may interest you: in the course of trying to kill some of those monsters at Susano'o's temple, I ran into what seem to be notes pertaining to this debacle. They're encoded, and I've only just started trying to make sense of them, but I'd be happy to hand them over.

That is certainly something of interest! Do you believe that you will have an easier time decoding it than one of my counselors? Because if that is the case, I would rather they be decoded quickly than anything else!

Having consulted with Amaterasu, we propose this arrangement:

Once the documents have been compiled, kindly leave another message here and my shinki will come collect them from you at your temple. We will later collect your findings once your investigation is completed.

I expect you'll be planning to hand over only copies, but I would ask in the spirit of cooperation that the originals be yielded to us should we deem there be a reason to investigate them. On that condition, we allow you custody of the original evidence.

Most of them are pictures. He wrote on various surfaces, and the temple was on fire, frankly, so I did what I could. I put the digital notes on a drive. It's only the original notes, for now, I didn't want to give you my possible mistakes.

Anyway, I'm ready for someone to come and get them.
