[Morning, Far Shore.

It's rare to see Lavi post up on the BBS when it isn't under anonymous, but after waking up from a wonderful sleep and regaining a memory, maybe it's time to greet the morning with a song, don't you think?

So, Lavi starts to sing the song that's been in his mind all day (and yes, he is a lovely singer, okay). It goes on for a few verses before he abruptly stops and then:]

Anyone wouldn't happen to recognize that, would they? It's been stuck in my head all morning and it's beginning to get annoying.

How beautiful. ( Being a musician herself, she can't help but wonder how it would sound on koto. ) I didn't know you could sing.

It really isn't something I mention unless it's brought up.

[He pauses a bit.]

That's alright. I'm sure I'll manage to find someone who does. [If that someone decides to pop up. Lavi chose to go a public route today than private just to see how that person will react.]

I hope you can find out more about the song. ( Hope that he can because she knows there are rules about what people can and can't tell shinki. ) B-but is it really okay to try to learn more? It... isn't dangerous, is it?

Only as long as I be careful. [If only you could see his smile.] I just want to know the name of the song if there is one.

Perhaps the name is in the lyrics? It's like a lullaby...

( A sad one but have you heard Japanese ones? They aren't any happier. )

It does have an older feeling to it, doesn't it? ( It makes her think of Azura's song. ) But if it's stuck in your head and it's a lullaby... Perhaps your body is trying to tell you to rest?

( He's still cursed, isn't he? Of course, that isn't what it means... if he just remembered it, it's clearly stuck in his head because it's one of the few memories he has to grasp. )

Mm, it does. [Ahh, but he grows quiet for a bit.] It might. I'm tired of resting, though. I've been trying to see how long I can move before the pain hits.

[He's willing to play along, anyway. Doesn't want to keep worrying her.]

( It's easier to pretend these memories come for a reason than without one at all. At least, for a little while. )

Can you sing some more? Or is that all you remember?

I won't.

[He promises.

There's a pause before:] I can sing more, but I'd prefer to sing it in person. Might be a bit impersonal to sing the whole song on the network compared to a verse or two.

[festal]

I-in person?

( She wasn't expecting that at all and she sounds pretty surprised. Is she going to have to get ready to head out? Should she tidy up her temple? Wait... )

If... if it's too much trouble then d-don't worry!

[He laughs softly.]

( She's quiet, shy. )
