[ The video turns on to a shot of Yata looking... well, that's a little harder to tell right away because he's trying to appear as neutral as possible at the moment. Despite that, inwardly he's panicking a little.

He rubs a hand against the back of his neck awkwardly as he addresses the BBS. ]

So, uh. I'm guessing waking up to find your god's temple missing is a bad sign, huh?

My goddess at least left a note. Otherwise I was set loose as well by her sudden absence.

Did you know your god long?

[Owain just arrived so the sting of it was not so severe. Some self doubting and frustrated confusion came with it but he powered through it so far.]

I've only been here a couple a weeks now, so now. Not really. But I liked her, I guess.

[ Enough that he's feeling disappointed at the loss of her. ]

You have my sympathies. Do you know the path you will take now? I am told that we can seek another ourselves, though I admit I know so few.

Yeah I don't really know that many, either. I didn't think I'd need a backup. I guess I'll just... wait and see?

[ He's not sure he has any options other than that. ]

That does seem to be the way of it. I am told they'll place us with another god soon enough, though we know not who and how well we'll settle in.

[ That's partially sarcasm, mostly to hide the sudden surge of nervous jitters he has at having to start this all over again and hope the next god he gets is as decent as the last one. ]

If you know of shinki or god that you trust, you may be able to ask them to recommend an ally to take up with. I hear we become a new weapon once we are named again as well!

[Oh, he's nervous as well.]

Yeah, I'll do that. Thanks for the advice, though. And, uh. Good luck with your new god, too? I hope you get a good one.

I know that I will one day find the god destined to fight along side me to greatness. If ever you are in need of aid, just call upon me and I will bring my sword and my strength.

Uhh... [ Yata blinks at that because that sounded real serious. And fancy. ] Thanks? I'll remember that. And uh, same goes for you. Not that I have a sword, but... you know.
